Where Can I Configure My Web Store?
The Store control settings are available here – you can configure most elements of your Store as a self service application in your Merchant Centre – Products, stock, subscriptions, bookings all work through your store control panel

Can I get a POS (Point of Sale) With My Store?
Yes – the club features a web based Point of Sale application just like a normal till. Our club members can use a till on any tablet, phone, PC, or device and run it without any restrictions or monthly membership fees.
Does My POS work Offline ?
Yes it does – our POS system uses a technology called progressive Web App to have a local cache, and can work offline
Can Other Merchants See My Stock?
No – your store and your stock, and you POS are completely private to you
How Does Stock Work ?
You Manage your stock in your products and you tell the system how much of anything you have in stock (or if the product is a service or virtual) the stock in the POS, and your own store are in sync and are one and the same. If you sell out through your online store, your POS will also show it out of stock
Can I Manage Tables or a Restaurant ?
Our Default Store Management system and POS is designed for goods stores. If you would like to activate a restaurant style POS please raise a support ticket, and we will activate the restaurant platform for you.
Can My POS Handle Payments ?
Yes – the preferred method is to use your QR code payment link – your customer can scan the QR code from their phone and put in their card details in their phone, and pay you directly. No payment machines needed. You can also use your own machine in your store (select the cash or chip and pin payout mechanism in your POS pay screen).
If you would like POS integrated with other devices – you can raise a support ticket to ask us to look at the integration.
About Selling
What Can I Sell ?
You can sell products and services that you deliver yourself, make yourself, or have bought from others and are selling onwards.
Examples include:
Services – Spa sessions, therapies, massages, advice sessions. Even plumbing, and physical services.
Bookings– Anything with a time. Like a House rental, room rental, band gig or show.
Virtual Services– Cam sessions, pay to view performances, consultations, etc. These can be delivered for free by the Club’s secure video platform
Goods– Arts, Crafts, Products, stuff you’ve made or others have.
No good or service that is illegal or subject to government restriction may be sold on our platform. For example weapons, prostitution, etc. We reserve the right to de-list and cancel accounts for any non-compliance
How Do I Get Paid ?
When you customer completes their checkout, we take a payment from them by credit card. We accept most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), like other major marketplaces (Ebay, Amazon, etc)
In Your Store dashboard you can request a payment withdrawal anytime from us. We EFT money straight into your bank account. It usually takes 3-5 days for money that’s been debited from a Credit card to reach our account. As soon as it has, its available to you right away.
Our Payment platform in Europe is Stripe which is a very secure, and compliant payment solution, and we accept almost all credit cards from your customers.
Can I Deliver My Services on the Club Video Platform ?
Yes! The Club gives all of its members a private and secure video room where you can deliver your scheduled services to anyone (they don’t need an account to join your call)
Your video sessions are encrypted, private, and under your control.
Bookings – Time – and Subscriptions – Can I do like OnlyFans, and other sites ?
Yes – you can – all of those features are available
Unlike most platforms, our marketplace allows you to manage your own bookings, times, rooms, and resources online at no extra charge.
You can easily use it to book any type of service from your house for the weekend to a spa treatment. Customers on the front end, can see your times available and book and pay direct.
