How can I change my password – Go to your concierge page under account and type in a new password twice and change it.
It wont let me change it ! – We enforce safe(ish) passwords at the Club and don’t allow simple easy to break passwords. Consider a more difficult one (hint, the longer the better)
Whats a Good Password ? – A Phrase is a really good way to do it. “NoOneWillEverBreakThis” is much better than pass1234 as its much longer.
What if I forget it ? Click on Forgotten password link on the Login Screen. The Concierge will take you through the password reset process.
Memberships
What Happens When Memberships Expire ?
You will get your club access suspended if your membership expires. Your data will still be there and safe, but you will only be allowed in the Club Lobby. You can request your account to be closed from your Concierge page in the Lobby.
You will be unable to do several things if your Membership Expires:
- Respond to Messages, or send new ones.
- Post any content, like, or view any content, club feeds, or group feeds, forums, and Video areas.
- Use your own Video Room (you can however join someone’s video room as a guest if they send you a link)
- Interact with Club Groups
- Manage a Store (if you have one)
- Use a WebPos (if you have one)
What you Can Do:
- Use the Marketplace and buy any services from the club or its members
- Attend previously purchased events, or sessions in the marketplace
- View Public Club Groups
- Join a Club member’s private video room if they send you a link
- Use the Club Outside Lobby, and Club Tour
When Does My Subscription Expire ?
Your membership continues until you cancel it. The system will remind you monthly that your anniversary is coming up, and remind you.
Can I Cancel ?
Yes of course- your membership will continue until your next month anniversary (your statutory rights are not affected)
What Happens If I Change my Subscription Level?
Your subscription level will change if you buy a subscription to a new level. Please ensure you cancel your old subscription (so you don’t have both active).

You can cancel or change your level in the Concierge under Memberships
How Do I Reactivate Membership ?
Go to the Concierge from your profile (in the Club Lobby) – and Click on membership. From there you can choose a level to activate, pay and go. Activation is instantaneous, you may have to refresh the Lobby page once to get into your Lounge.
Separate Membership for my Spouse, Partner, Friend….etc
Ambassadors, and Gold Members can invite one partner or spouse as a free Bronze account, their subscription will be aligned to yours.
- Get them to register on the club and enter the lobby.
- Raise a support ticket with us (usually takes 10 mins for us to respond) and we will activate their account.
